Medication Management
At La Mente Behavioral Health our board certified behavioral health practitioners specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, bipolar, schizophrenia and other mental health concerns. We offer diagnostic evaluations and medication management.
Our team is led by the highly respected local psychiatrist Osvaldo Gaytan MD, PhD who is the medical director, co-owner, and mentor to our medication management team. Our team of providers offer the highest level of expertise and provide focused individual treatment needs.
Our board certified behavioral health practitioners work closely with patients’ primary care physicians, pediatricians, dieticians, therapists, and any licensed professionals involved within the patient’s care.
These professionals live and work in the communities they serve and they stand ready to share their knowledge and experience to our clients.
Psychotherapy
At La Mente Behavioral Health our licensed professional counselors help identify the right treatment plan based on a person’s individual needs. Psychotherapy is utilized as an alternative to or alongside medication and other treatment options. Even when medication relieves symptoms, psychotherapy can help a person address specific issues. These might include self-defeating ways of thinking, irrational fears, problems interacting with other people, or difficulty coping with situations at home, school, or work.
