Licensed in El Paso, Texas, Jose has been dedicated to serving the community for over four years, with a total of eight years of experience in the mental health field. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling.

Jose’s professional journey has centered on advocating for both children and adults, with a strong background in supporting young individuals and families. He utilizes a strengths-based, empowerment-oriented approach that helps clients build self-esteem, develop emotional resilience, and foster personal growth on their path toward healing and self-discovery.🪴

This position plays a vital role in maintaining staff compliance with agency policies, licensing standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare compliance or HR coordination, and be highly organized with attention to detail.

Key Qualifications:

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, HR, or related field
· 2+ years of experience in compliance or training coordination
· Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HHSC, Medicaid, etc.) preferred
· Strong communication and record-keeping skills

The ideal candidate will have experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or medical office coordination, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Qualifications:
· High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

· Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, or medical office coordination

· Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
